The Cove Cay Golf Club is set to host its much-anticipated Pro-Am event, shining a spotlight on the remarkable talents of the LPGA Tour's legends. This year, the opportunity is open for amateurs to participate either as individuals or in teams of four, paired with a professional player from the legends of golf.
"It's a 5 person Pro Am, 4 Amateurs and a Legends Professional," said an event coordinator. The cost for each amateur to enter the event is $500, with multiple sponsorship opportunities available for individuals or businesses looking to show their support.
Spectators are highly encouraged to attend, as they have the chance to get up close to their favorite players. "It's a blast to witness these legends in action," continued the coordinator. The event promises a fun and engaging atmosphere for both participants and onlookers.

One of the highlights of the Pro-Am is a fabulous party that all participants can enjoy. Here, amateurs will meet their professional partner, receive a tournament gift, and participate in an exclusive clinic before the official tournament begins. “It's a wonderful way to enhance our event and help players keep expenses down,” said a representative from the Cove Cay team.
Furthermore, the Cove Cay community has graciously supported the event in the past by donating condos for legends players and their families. "We need your help again this November!" the representative continued, emphasizing the importance of this support. Staying on-site eliminates rental car expenses and provides convenient access to dining at the Bayview Grill, making the experience even more enjoyable for participants.
Last year's condo owners received a cleaning fee of $150 from players upon their departure, making this an attractive arrangement for all parties involved. If community members have spare bedrooms or condos, they are encouraged to contribute this year. Interested individuals can reach out via email to coordinate donations.
